By accessing or using HouseQuant ("the Service"), operated by ParcelSift Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HouseQuant provides real estate deal analysis and underwriting tools, including property data, comparable sales analysis, rehab cost estimation, and financial modeling. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The data, estimates, and analyses provided by HouseQuant are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial, legal, or investment advice. All estimates include confidence ranges and are based on available public data. Users should independently verify all information before making investment decisions.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ParcelSift Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ParcelSift Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to investment losses based on data provided by the Service.
